PPR Soft Clip puts a real-time oscilloscope at the center of the plugin: your incoming waveform in blue, the clipped result in pink, overlaid live as you turn the knobs. Watch peaks round off as you push DRIVE. See exactly what TONE sharpens. Toggle either trace and level-match by eye. Under the scope is a warm, musical soft clipper — smooth tanh saturation with 2× oversampling and automatic makeup gain, so peaks stay level while density grows. A latency-compensated dry path means parallel blends never comb-filter, at any MIX setting. The EQ section is built for how clipping actually gets used. LOW CUT and HIGH CUT each have their own PRE/POST switch: cut lows before the clipper so your sub stops eating headroom, cut fizz after the clipper where it's created. TONE is a tilt — one knob from dark to bright, pivoting at 700 Hz, without touching your level. Eight presets tour the whole space, from Warm Glue to Tight Lows (the bass-protection trick built in) to Slam. Every knob shows its value while you turn it; double-click to type an exact number.
