Audio Damage's Replicant 3 grabs incoming audio in real time to loop, reverse and re-slice it, driven by a sequencer of 3 to 16 steps per measure with probability, direction and effect routing set for each step. Among the slice effects are Ring Mod and Redukt, which crushes bits and lowers the sample rate, and slicing can be fired by hand or from MIDI.
