Left and right channels can be shifted by different amounts in PSP HertzRider2, a frequency shifter from PSPaudioware. An onboard LFO that locks to host tempo in note values animates the shift, and an envelope follower with sidechain input lets outside material drive it, with a blend control between the internal and external sources.
