AudioThing's Blindfold EQ has LowShelf, LowMid, HighMid and HighShelf bands whose knobs show no frequency, gain or Q values at all. An option added in v1.1 shows the EQ values when needed, the preset system includes a randomizer, and it also runs on iOS as an AUv3 and as a standalone app.
