Baby Comeback

Baby Comeback is a free delay plugin developed by Baby Audio in collaboration with Computer Music Magazine. It is a stripped-down version of their award-winning Comeback Kid delay plugin.

Key features of Baby Comeback include:

• Four distinct FX modules (Analog, Saucy, Cheap, and Wide) that can be applied individually or simultaneously to shape the delay sound. These allow creating a range of delay tones from modern and clean to vintage and lofi.

• A streamlined, modern-looking user interface with an optimized control scheme for quick sound design. The plugin is very easy to use.

• Built-in ducker for automatically lowering the delayed signal when the dry input signal is present, keeping the main sound clear and intelligible even with heavy delay applied.

• Ping-pong stereo delay mode for easily creating wide, complex stereo delay effects.

• High sound quality, delivering the same excellent audio as the full Comeback Kid plugin but with fewer tweakable parameters.

Overall, Baby Comeback provides a versatile, great-sounding delay in a simple and accessible package. Its combination of quality, ease of use, and free price makes it a popular choice as a go-to delay effect, especially for quickly adding character and space to tracks.

The plugin is available for free download from Baby Audio's website in VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats for both Windows and macOS.
